Data controller

What data we process

This site has no forms. We process personal data in two situations:

  • WhatsApp: phone number, profile name and the content of the messages you send us.
  • Email: email address and message content.
  • Browsing measurement, only if you accept it: pages visited, how you reached the site, device type, browser and approximate location by country or city, via Google Analytics 4. If you reject or ignore the cookie notice, this measurement is not activated and nothing is collected. Details in the cookie policy.

What we use it for

Solely to answer your enquiry, prepare the order and follow up on delivery. We do not build profiles and we take no automated decisions.

Legal basis

The basis is the application of pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract at the data subject’s request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where the enquiry does not lead to an order, the consent you give by writing to us (art. 6.1.a GDPR).

For browsing measurement the basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given in the cookie notice and withdrawable at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Retention

Conversations are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and, afterwards, for the statutory limitation periods. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted once they are no longer necessary.

Recipients

We do not transfer data to third parties except where legally required. Note that the WhatsApp conversation takes place on the platform of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, whose own terms and privacy policy you accept by using the service. Shipping the order may involve passing your data to the carrier.

If you accept measurement, browsing data is processed by Google as processor, which may involve an international transfer outside the European Economic Area. Google relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to the controller above, proving your identity. To withdraw consent for measurement you do not need to write to us: there is a button in the cookie policy. If you consider the processing does not comply with the rules, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
